Service and shipping were fast. Good notification via email on status of order. Replacement product works great. Fits in the existing socket without a problem. No surprises. No binding. Recommend buying the installation tool to make it easy. Just press it on the installation tool, insert into socket, and turn to lock. Could not be easier.
